After a 122-yard performance in Waco, true freshman Justice Hill was announced as the Big 12 Newcomer of the Week. Hill had two fumbles Saturday but has been the most effective back running back and leading rusher for the Cowboys as they strive to get the ground game, well, off the ground. His 122 yards was the most by an Oklahoma State true freshman since the Big 12's formation.
