According to Shams Charania of Yahoo! Sports’ The Vertical, former Oklahoma State guard Markel Brown has agreed to a deal with the reigning NBA champion Cleveland Cavaliers.

The deal is to compete for one of the Cavaliers’ three open roster spots at their team camp.

Brown has spent both of his two NBA seasons with the Brooklyn Nets after being the 44th overall pick by the Minnesota Timberwolves in the 2014 draft. In those two seasons he’s averaged 5.2 points and 2.1 rebounds in 16.2 minutes per game.

Brown averaged 12.4 points and 4.3 rebounds per game in his 4-year career as a key contributor at Oklahoma State. He is also well known for his incredible dunking ability… see below:

We wish the best of luck to Markel in his tryout with the Cavs.
