End of update
Move over Keiton Page. There’s a new sharpshooter in Stillwater.
Phil Forte just broke the Oklahoma State record for most made 3 point shots in his career in the second half against Arkansas.

Page finished his collegiate career just shy of 300 career made threes, racking up 299. He still has a lead on Forte for total points, owning a 67 point lead over Forte coming into tonight’s game. I don’t expect him to own that record much longer either.
Forte came into the game needing three 3s to tie Page, four to pass him.
It was a special moment for Forte, since it isn’t very often that a player is able to break an all-time record in front of the person who set it. That’s exactly what Forte did though. Page is still with the team as the Assistant Director of Player Development, and was there to witness history being broken.

Congratulations on the record to fan favorite Phil Forte!
