ESPN’s March Madness guru Joe Lunardi released his latest edition of Bracketology this morning, and after a couple of weeks being left out of the 68-team field, Oklahoma State is back in (barely).

Lunardi currently has OSU as one of the “last four in” and slotted in an 11-seed play-in-game against Wake Forest, with the winner facing 6-seed Saint Mary’s.

OSU’s addition in the latest bracketology is likely due to their 3-game winning streak. Victories over Texas Tech, TCU, and Arkansas have helped the Cowboys climb to No. 34 in ESPN’s latest RPI rating. (Side note: The Cowboys are currently up to No. 22 in the KenPom rankings).
OSU is one of seven Big 12 teams “in” in the latest edition, joining Kansas (1), Baylor (1), West Virginia (3), Iowa State (7), Kansas State (9), and TCU (11).
At this point, every game is important for OSU’s chances of making the dance. They have a great shot to add to the winning streak, and avoid a bad loss, tonight in Round 1 of Bedlam in Norman.
