It’s High Noon...

Remember the Four Memorial

This Friday will make six years since the fatal plane crash that killed women’s basketball head coack Kurt Budke, assistant Miranda Serna, and boosters Olin and Paula Branstetter. The dedication for the memorial will take place this Thursday at 3 p.m. outside of Gallagher-Iba Arena.

Coach Gundy talks about the Senior Class

The video is only a minute long, but definitely worth the watch. The Cowboy Culture has done a lot for the program, and Coach Gundy has so much to do with that. It is easy to tell he cares about every single person that comes through that locker room.

Mike Boynton on last night’s win

Coach Boynton spends nearly the whole video talking about the defensive effort of the Cowboys last night. At times it was really good, and at times he felt they slacked off on the defensive end. Overall, this team looks to be really solid on that, even without Jeffrey Carroll or Davon Dillard. Once they get added into the mix, this team could make some noise in the Big 12.

Wrestling has a successful weekend

Newsflash! Cowboy wrestling is really good. At the Journeyman Collegiate Classic this weekend, the Pokes picked up several victories. Nick Piccininni picked up the victory in the 125A bracket, and Dean Heil won the 141A bracket, while teammate Mike Magaldo won the 141B bracket. The Cowboys also had two victories at 149, with Geo Martinez winning the A bracket, and Tristan Moran won the B. Be sure to go to GIA this weekend for their first home dual, a top 10 matchup against #6 Minnesota!!

Cowboy Basketball is back in action Thursday

The Cowboys are at home once again this Thursday against in-state opponent Oral Roberts University. Tip-off is at 7 p.m.!

This dunk is still ridiculous...

Just watch it again, and again, and again.

I’m still trying to comprehend this dunk, so I’ll just keep watching it.
