It’s Tuesday night, so that means it’s time for the latest College Football Playoff rankings.
Last week, the Cowboys were ranked No. 15 in the nation, and after winning a gritty game in Ames, Oklahoma State climbed two spots to No. 13.

This is the lowest Mike Gundy and Co. are ranked in the three major polls this week. They are No. 10 in the Associated Press poll and No. 13 in the Amway Coaches Poll.
After Georgia and Notre Dame lost last week, the Top 4 got shaken up.

Up next, the Cowboys take on the Kansas State Wildcats Saturday. Kickoff is slated for 2:30 p.m. from Stillwater. The Cowboys will need a lot of help to reach the Big 12 Championship, but if they don’t take care of business at home, it doesn’t matter what happens elsewhere, they will mathematically eliminate themselves from the first Big 12 Championship since Nebraska and Colorado bolted from the conference in 2010.
