With the regular season behind us, and bowl season coming up quickly, I think there’s a question that needs answering. Should Mason Rudolph and James Washington sit out the bowl game and prepare for the NFL Draft?
Note: I’m not asking you if you want them to sit out, I’m asking you if they should.
Sitting the bowl game out in order to prepare for the NFL Draft is a growing trend in college football. Last year, we saw superstars Christian McCaffrey and Leonard Fournette forego the bowl game. This year, we’ve already seen Texas OL Connor Williams state his intention to sit out. Others will likely follow suit.
