Mark Cooper of the Tulsa World reported today that Davon Dillard and Zack Dawson have been suspended indefinitely for “failure to meet team standards.”
#OKState basketball news: Junior Davon Dillard and freshman Zack Dawson have each been suspended indefinitely for "failure to meet team standards." Dillard has been cleared to play, but will now serve a suspension.

Dillard is coming off a “minor surgery” to his foot. He had been cleared to play, but this suspension will keep him out for the foreseeable future.
Dawson, a highly-touted freshman coming out of Miami, FL., was expected to compete for a solid amount of playing time. The suspension further depletes an already-thin Cowboy backcourt that is looking to replace the production of Phil Forte and Jawun Evans.
The reason for the suspension is not clear at this time. We’ll update this story as more news develops.
