The Oklahoma State Board of Regents met Friday morning, where they approved an addendum to Mike Gundy’s contract raising his pay to $5 million in 2018 reports the Tulsa World’s Mark Cooper.

Under his contract as it was, Gundy was set to make $4.325 million. The vote gives him an increase of $675,000.
This also increases his buy out from $3 million dollars to $5 million if he chooses to leave before his contract is up in 2023.
Gundy will make and additional $125,00 per year starting in January 2019.
