It’s high noon...here are your Oklahoma State sports highlights

James Washington named to another All-American list:

James Washington picks up another honor as he is named to the Sporting News All-America First Team. The Biletnikoff Award winner has been racking up the honors. It’s well deserved as he is putting up video game numbers this season. With over 1,000 yards for three consecutive years this kid is going to be a blast to watch on Sundays.

Kasey Dunn named wide receiver Coach of the Year:

The website Football Scoop has named Oklahoma State’s own Kasey Dunn as their WR Coach of the Year. When you’ve coached a Biletnikoff winner, it’s hard to deny that you’re the best at what you do. Dunn has done a fantastic job with making sure Oklahoma State has held on to it’s #WideReceiverU title and will for years to come. Great job Coach!

Oklahoma State is fast:

The U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association posted the top ten times for multiple events over the weekend and two cowboys and four cowgirls made the list.

-Brandon Singleton came in ninth for the men’s 600 yards

-Mace Metcalf came in first for the men’s pentathlon

-Latriciea Smith placed first, Chelsea Jarvis placed second, Danielle Coleman placed sixth and Nicholette Dixon placed tenth in the women’s 600 yards.

Glenn Spencer picks up recruit:

Carson Kropp announced this morning that he has committed to Oklahoma State. The inside linebacker is from Owasso High School where he picked up a 6A State Championship this season.

Bonus:

The Camping World Bowl had a little fun with coach Gundy yesterday when he posted pictures of him in a helicopter going on some recruiting trips around Oklahoma. They suggested that he get an R.V. for his trips and gave him some name suggestions.
