CJ Moore gets his inspiration from mother:

Like many other high school football players, CJ Moore signed his letter of intent to play football at Oklahoma State. And on the table was a picture of his mom. He’s always drawn inspiration from her Moore said, however she passed away when Moore was 14 days old. Moore talks about her in this clip:

Gundy calls early signing period the best thing that’s ever happened to college football:

Scott Wright at the Oklahoman wrote a piece on why Gundy thinks Early National Signing Day is a great change for college football.

“The early signing period is the best thing that's ever happened to college football,” Gundy said. “It's going to create and improve the equality and parity in the game. We're seeing more and more of it, as I have mentioned for three or four years now.”

Spencer Sanders’ recruitment to Oklahoma State was all about fishing:

During his press conference yesterday, Gundy talked about recruiting 4-star quarterback Spencer Sanders. Gundy said he almost missed out on his official visit time because...he was too busy fishing at the ponds on Gundy’s ranch.
