In anticipation for the best matchup of the year at Gallagher-Iba Arena, Oklahoma State has released the uniform a couple days early.
That’s right Cowboy fans. The Cursive Cowboys will make their first appearance of the year Saturday when Oklahoma State takes on No. 6 Wichita State.
The script uniforms have been saved for the Remember the 10 game for a few years now, but fans were promised they would be a bigger part of the rotation this season.
As you would expect, the Twitter reactions were generally positive.
This is the fifth of six uniforms we will see this season.
The first three were released during Homecoming and Hoops.
Along with those three, the Cowboys once again wore the Nike N7 uniforms to honor Native American history month.
With the cursive uniforms all but leaked, the basketball office only has one more surprise uniform left to reveal. My guess is they wait until the tip-off for the Big 12 conference play for that.
Tickets to Saturday’s game are still ridiculously cheap, so make your way to Stillwater to watch the Cowboys take on their first good competition at Gallagher-Iba of the season.
Why not make it a weekend and watch the Cowgirls take on the No. 7 UCLA Bruins as well? There’s an insane 2-for-$15 deal right now, and I advise anyone who doesn’t have student tickets take advantage of it.
Let’s get Rowdy.
Let’s make it crazy.
Let’s support these team.
