Oklahoma State Football: Spring Game Scheduled for April 15

We’re now less than a month from football players returning to Stillwater for Spring practice. With Spring practice comes the Spring game and it appears we know when fans will get their first look at next season’s team.

I know it’s kind of hard to read, but according to a tweet from Jake Trotter of ESPN, Oklahoma State’s Spring Football Game will be held on April 15th. The first day of Spring practice will be March 6th.

This date isn’t a big surprise for anyone who takes part in the Remember the 10 Run. The annual 5/10k race is usually scheduled the same day as the Spring Day to create a big weekend in Stillwater. This year is no exception with the 11th annual run scheduled for the morning of the 15th.

Honestly, it’s a great weekend I look forward to every year. It’s nice to take part in the race, grab a beer at Eskimo Joe’s, and then head to BPS to catch a glimpse of the team.
