As was announced earlier this evening, Oklahoma State was awarded the 10 seed in the Midwest Bracket and a first round match-up with 7-seed Michigan.
There were plenty of reactions on twitter after the seeds were announced. We collected some of the best.
Some people weren’t happy about Oklahoma State’s seeding, especially compared to some other teams.
So...#okstate as a 10...were they on the bubble? Just a little? That's absurd.

Northwestern and Vandy got higher seeds than OSU. Cowboys got hosed.

Vandy getting a higher seed than Oklahoma State and Wichita State is so far beyond me.

Arkansas with a higher seed than OSU. That's laughable.

Nothing like drawing the hottest team in college basketball.

Considering Vanderbilt wasn’t even considered “in” until they grabbed a couple of SEC Tournament wins, I don’t disagree with that take.
Michigan isn’t too pumped about their seed either.
Izzo says Michigan should have had a higher seed.

It looks like we can expect a high scoring game when OSU and Michigan meet.
Midwest should have an insanely fun first round. Iona-Oregon. Michigan-Oklahoma State. Iowa State-Nevada. So many points.

Michigan at top of their conference in offense, near the bottom in defense. Sounds familiar. pic.twitter.com/W2kttHNWof

Filling out my bracket at the moment. Toughest first round game is Michigan-Oklahoma State. Most evenly-matched game out of all in rd of 64.

There are reasons for Oklahoma State fans to be positive about the match-up.

Perfect matchup for Oklahoma State. Unless your 4 man is Deonte Burton, you aren't playing small ball vs OSU. #SelectionShow

Give me Oklahoma State over Michigan. I love that matchup for the Cowboys.

Here are some interesting facts about this year’s invite.

At the end of it all, Oklahoma State players and fans are just happy to be dancing a year after they missed out on the tournament.
#OKState is a 10-seed in the Midwest. Vs. Michigan in Indianapolis. Potential meeting with Louisville after that. OSU's reaction: pic.twitter.com/wfmtVsdcER
