For the 11th straight year, The Oklahoma State Cowgirls will play in the post season.

Oklahoma State will open the tournament on Thursday against Abilene Christian in Gallagher-Iba Arena. Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m.

This will be the team’s sixth trip to the WNIT and the first since 2012 when they won it all.

Coach Littel and the Cowgirls went 17-14 overall this season including 6-12 in conference. They last played against Texas in the Quarterfinal of the Big 12 tournament, losing 60-71.

The Abilene Christian Wildcats went 22-8 and 16-2 in the Southland Conference. They’ve won their last seven games and 13 of their last 14.

Round one games of the WNIT begin Wednesday, March 13th, with the championship on Saturday, April 3rd. You can find the full bracket online here.
