2017 Cowboy Spring Game Primer

Everything you need to know before Saturday

Oklahoma State fans will get their first peak at the 2017 team at the Spring Game this Saturday, April 15th at 1 p.m.

This year’s Orange vs Black format will feature four, 10-minute quarters.

As of now, the only players to be held out are Justice Hill. However, I wouldn’t expect to see Mason Rudolph for more than a few series. So if you want to catch a #Rudolph2Washington, you should get there at kickoff.

You’d be best to bring a jacket or umbrella. While the chance of rain is only 20-percent, you never know.

This weekend is always a lot of fun. From the annual Remember the 10 run (you can register online HERE or on race day) in the morning, to the activities outside the stadium before the game including inflatables and face painting, to the game itself, it’s a great way for families and fans to spend a spring Saturday. Plus, you can meet players on the field after the game.

It will also be a big recruiting weekend, with more than 20 potential, future Cowboys in attendance (so please be on your best behavior).

The game will not be available on T.V., though it will be broadcast live on 93.7 FM radio in Stillwater and along the Cowboy Radio Network.

We will have a couple of staffers in Stillwater who will be covering the game live on twitter and snapchat. If you don’t already, give us a follow on Twitter and @CowboysRFF.
