Oklahoma State Basketball Loses its Video Coordinator

Another member of the basketball staff follows Underwood to Illinois

Oklahoma State basketball’s staff has lost another member. Former Video Coordinator Patrick Schulte is joining Brad Underwood at Illinois in the same position.

The announcement was made earlier this evening by the University of Illinois as Brad Underwood released his finalized coaching staff.

The move isn’t that surprising. Schulte came to Stillwater with Brad Underwood last season, having worked for Underwood during his first two years at Stephen F. Austin. The year before OSU, Schulte worked as director of video for coach Frank Martin at South Carolina.

Shulte joins long time Oklahoma State basketball Director of Operations Joey Biggs on Underwood’s staff at Illinois. It was also announced Monday that former assistant coach Danny Henderson was leaving OSU to join Tulsa.

New Oklahoma State head coach Mike Boynton has plenty of roles to fill on his staff and the number keeps increasing. So far, the only staffing announcement of Boynton was the hiring of Lamont Evans as associate head coach. Hopefully we will start to hear some news shortly.
