Former Cowboys played all across the country this week as the NFL preseason got underway. Let’s take a look at how they fared.
Chris Carson- Seattle Seahawks:
Chris Carson impressed during his NFL debut. Carson has seven carries for 19 yards and two touchdowns in Saturday's game.
Here's one of them, and one would think that Carson is surely in contention for the Seahawks last RB spot.

Ashton Lampkin- Kansas City Chiefs:
Ashton Lampkin also made a showing in his NFL debut. Posting three tackles. Including this one:
Great play and even better tackle by @OSU_DB6 rookie with the Chiefs. #okstate pic.twitter.com/qOxZrdljcq

That was a beautiful play. Wouldn't be surprised if Lampkin makes the team.
Kevin Peterson - Los Angeles Rams:
Peterson is making a name for himself in his first season. He currently leads the team in tackles with five against the Cowboys.

Peterson signed at OSU and while he went undrafted, it looks like Peterson is going to flourish in LA.
Blake Jarwin - Dallas Cowboys:
Blake Jarwin played a big role at tight end at Oklahoma State. Now it looks like he has the opportunity to play a big role on another Cowboy team. Jarwin had this nice catch Saturday against the rams. Its also nice to know that Jarwin gets to be around the great tight end Jason Witten.

Vincent Taylor - Miami Dolphins:
Taylor was credited with three tackles in his first game and is set to be one of the Dolphin's standout rookies.
James Walker of ESPN wrote this about the former Cowboy.
“Taylor has flashed at times on the second-team defense. Taylor also has received first-team reps on occasion and has shown some ability to stop the run. He entered training camp on the roster bubble but now has a solid chance to make the 53-man roster.”
Lenzy Pipkins - Green Bay Packers:
Lenzy Pipkins also got himself three tackles against the Eagles. Check out this one:

Keep doing work in NFL former Cowboys!
