ATLANTA — Rickie Fowler is considered one of the favorites in a star-studded field at the PGA Tour Championship, and he will step into the tee box at 1:40 EST today. This year’s TOUR Championship will be battled for at East Lake Golf Course in Atlanta, GA.

Fowler has 8/1 odds to win the championship. according to sportingnews.com. That’s good for third-best odds to win. Jordan Speith has claim to the best odds (19/4), with Dustin Johnson coming in close behind for the second-best odds (29/4). Jason Day and Justin Thomas both have 10/1 odds to round out the top five.

Fowler is sixth in the FedEx Cup points race, however, with a win, he would guarantee himself the title. Speith, the current leader, has a lead that is narrow enough that as long as Speith finishes second or worse, with a Fowler win, Fowler would also win the FedEx Cup points race.

Even with one of the biggest tournaments of the year coming up, Fowler still has time to be one of the best human beings on the planet.

Fowler tees off with Spaniard Jon Rahm at 1:40 p.m. EST.
