Football requires flexibility, especially the quarterback postion. Well it looks like Mason Rudolph has found a new way to keep his body in shape during the season. ESPN’s Jeannine Edwards shows us that the quarterback has taken up yoga. It looks like he’s a got a lot to learn:

Not gonna lie, I laughed much harder than I probably should have when he fell.

Gundy talks why he teaches more than football:

Gundy spoke in an interview with USA Today about why it’s important for him to teach his players about more than football. Gundy is so good at this, and its one of the reasons his players love him. He talks about the culture here and why he feels the way he does.
