It’s High Noon.
Pokes Are Showing Out at the Reeses Senior Bowl
Marcell Ateman, Mason Rudolph and James Washington are representing Oklahoma State in this Saturday’s Reeses Senior Bowl, although only Ateman and Washington are suiting up for the game, as Mason Rudolph is recovering from a minor foot injury.
Marcell Ateman
So far, the reviews have been positive for Marcell Ateman although there is concern about the size of his hands. Notes that I have seen said that Marcell had a tough first half of practice, but later settled in and began showing his elite ability to make tough catches in the second half of practice. Again, things Oklahoma State fans already knew. ;)
Marcell Ateman from #OKState. Excellent job keeping balance to stay in bound on the comeback route. #SeniorBowl pic.twitter.com/1Mp6xtdhPs

Oklahoma State WR Marcell Ateman Interview:
— Brad Kelly (@BradKelly17) January 23, 2018
• Having a 1 year old child drives him to work hard every day
• Being able to graduate from OK State was a blessing
• He's out to prove his all-around game this week
• He wants to show teams how quickly he can pick up a new system
Hopefully we’ll see Marcell catch a back shoulder fade or two during Saturday’s game, and really show NFL scouts his valuable skill set. I mean, he is one of the future draftees with the most to gain before the NFL Draft.
James Washington
Scouts love James Washington, coaches love James Washington, Agents love James Washington, EVERYBODY loves James Washington.
OSU WR James Washington has won with a few deep routes already. Won when catching through contact here. pic.twitter.com/fnFP5arBOy

.@CowboyFB WR James Washington showed off his polish as a route-runner yesterday. One of the keys to being a 'deep threat' is having the ability to track the ball & accelerate to it; he has that in spades. #SeniorBowl

Agent Drew Rosenhaus made a point to call James Washington over after practice to let him know he just had the best practice of the day. And he was right. Washington shined big time.

Wait for it......
Oklahoma State WR James Washington said it would be a dream come true to play for the Cowboys, his favorite team growing up. Said he'd be a great complement to Dez Bryant. Said he often studied his tape while at Oklahoma State. He said Dez needs help.

#Prescott2Washington? **Thinking Emoji**I’m not a Dallas Cowboys fan, but Whooooooeyyyyy! A Dez Bryant / James Washington-led receiving group would make my heart flutter!!!
#Rudolph2Washington.....D.C.?
In an interview, Rudolph said he would be

Rudolph said he grew up watching the Redskins, and it would be a “childhood dream” to wear the burgundy and gold.
Washington has the 13th pick in the first round this season. Could Jay Gruden be ready to move on from the Kirk Cousins saga and draft a QB with the first round pick? Time will tell.....
James Washington = Flash???
Could it be that Washington is actually the Marvel superhero Flash? Have you ever seen the duo in the same room?
From @ZebraTechnology player tracking: fastest player on the North team on Tuesday was Michael Gallup @mg4dontplay from @CSUFootball > 20.69 MPH
— Reese's Senior Bowl (@seniorbowl) January 24, 2018
Fastest on South team was James Washington @James_James28 from @CowboyFB > 21.25MPH #SeniorBowl #CompeteAndConnect
The General outraced everyone on the field at the Senior Bowl, clocking in at 21.25 miles per hour, which is 1.25 MPH faster than a roadrunner can run. (Contrary to what the Looney Tunes want you to believe.)
Have a good Hump Day everyone!
