Oklahoma State released their full 2019 football schedule on Thursday morning. The Cowboys will play six home games and six away games.
Bedlam is back in Stillwater in 2019 and the “Oklahoma Super Bowl” has been moved back to the season finale for both teams.
The Cowboys will have to be road warriors early in the season with four of their first six games and three of their first four, away from Boone Pickens Stadium. That trend will reverse for the back half of the schedule with four games at home and only two games on the road.
Oklahoma State kicks off Big 12 play in Austin, Texas, for a tilt with the Longhorns on September 21, 2019. Their first Big 12 home game will be the following week against Kansas State before they travel to Lubbock to take on Texas Tech. The Cowboys get three of their last four games at home, with the lone road game being at West Virginia.
OSU will have two bye-weeks; the first will fall right in the middle of the season on Oct. 12th, with the second coming four weeks later on Nov. 9th.
The Spencer Sanders era will presumably start when OSU travels to Corvallis, Oregon, to take on the other OSU to kick off the 2019 season. They play McNeese State at home in their only home non-conference game before they take a short trip to Tulsa the following week.
