There appears to be a shifting of the winds as the early signing period nears.
4-star wide receiver Langston Anderson has been Oklahoma State’s top remaining pass catching target for the 2019 class. For awhile now though, Baylor has been the overwhelming favorites to land the talented Heritage recruit. Just this past Sunday, the Bears had 10 of 12 crystal ball predictions in their favor.
Something though, has changed.
Since Sunday evening, the crystal ball has started turning orange with seven votes going the Cowboys’ way. That includes the previous lone Texas vote and three votes from Ole Miss insiders.
What’s so interesting about those three Ole Miss votes, is that Anderson wrapped up an official visit this past Saturday that seemed to go well. Yet 247 Rebel reporters feel that the Cowboys are going to be winning the Anderson sweepstakes on Wednesday night.
It seems that helicopter visit by Mike Gundy, Mike Yurcich, and Kasey Dunn last week may have made a real impact on Anderson.

Another reason Oklahoma State may have taken the lead in Anderson’s recruitment is that Baylor currently has two receivers committed in their 2019 class while Oklahoma State has zero.
I’ll be honest, I didn’t think Oklahoma State could do enough to flip Anderson from Baylor before Wednesday, but it seems the full-court press their putting on may just prove me wrong.
Fans won’t have to wait too long to learn where Anderson commits. He’s scheduled to make his announcement on Wednesday afternoon at 3:00 p.m.
