Eddie Sutton Misses Basketball Hall of Fame Cut

One of the greatest basketball coaches this country has ever seen will once again have to wait another year before he gets his call to the Hall of Fame. Sutton has not been named a finalist in consecutive years, after being a finalist for five years before that. His accomplishments are numerous, it would take a whole article to name them all. We will have to wait another year, but one thing is certainly clear, Eddie Sutton deserves to be in the Hall of Fame.

Beer and Baseball!!

On Tuesday (weather permitting), it will be the first time that alcohol will be sold at any Oklahoma State sporting event. This is the start of a test run to see how well alcohol sales go at sporting events, in hopes that it will make its way to Boone Pickens Stadium this fall. Alcohol sales will stop at the 7th inning stretch. Oklahoma State now joins Texas and West Virginia as the schools in the Big 12 that allow alcohol at sporting events.

Cowgirl Softball off to best start since 2011

They lost to Tennessee to start of the weekend, but rattled off four consecutive wins against Florida Atlantic, Missouri, South Florida, and Oakland. Through two weekends of the season, the Cowgirls are 8-2, the program’s best start in seven years. Way to go Cowgirls!!
