The Bracket

The Sooners have been in a funk lately, winning only two games out of their last nine, defeating cellar teams Kansas State and Iowa State. After being toted as "the team to end Kansas’ streak" in the first half of the season, the Sooners limp into the Big 12 tournament as the ninth seed.

However, the Sooners are a "lock” for the NCAA Tournament, but the Cowboys are on the outside looking in.

Trae Young might have checked out, and could ready to head to the NBA, but that doesn't mean he won't ramp back up to his former game that enthralled the nation.

Meanwhile, the Cowboys are coming off two straight wins, including the first season sweep of the Kansas Jayhawks in the Bill Self era. Despite having more Top-10 wins (4) and Top-25 wins (6) than any other team in the nation, the Cowboys are likely battling for their NCAA Tournament lives.

Boynton and the Pokes will look to continue the old-fashioned butt-whooping against the other school down south. For a more in-depth preview and look at OU, check out the preview.
