We all thought the Kansas win last weekend would’ve been enough to get Oklahoma State into the NCAA Tournament, but after the dust settled, it appeared the Cowboys would need one more win. In front of them, another Bedlam matchup.
Against one of the nation’s top players, the Cowboys grabbed the win over Oklahoma, gaining another Quadrant 1 win (their sixth on the season).
With so much chatter about the NCAA Tournament bubble and where Oklahoma State stood, they accomplished the one thing they had to do: win.
National media analysts, who have undoubtedly felt the wrath of Cowboy fans stating the case for their favorite team, seemed to take a little notice of what the Pokes did tonight.
Oklahoma State non conference blahblahblah. Look at their league wins. Who would you rather play: them or the team they beat again tonight? OSU looks the part to me.

Oklahoma State is an NCAA Tournament team and the Big 12 still has a chance to have nine teams in the bracket. Cowboys beat OU again. Kansas next on Thursday.

Oklahoma State is a team nobody wants to play right now. Oklahoma is a team everybody wants to play right now.

RPI, BPI, Shmee-PI. If @OSUMBB wins this game with OU, they in the NCAA Tourney. Carving up Sooners. Led KU for 79:30 in 2 games.

If forced, probably Oklahoma State, especially if they win tmrw. But I don't think it would come to that. I'd take both over Syracuse, Marquette, Saint Mary's, Louisville.

Elsewhere, if OK State doesn't earn an at-large after tonight, it would be a terrible injustice. Neutral win against Oklahoma marks Cowboys' SIXTH Quad 1 win. Combine with no blemishes and they certainly have the "full body" resume.

Tom Crean: "How is Oklahoma State not in?! ... They beat Texas Tech, they won at West Virginia, and they beat Kansas twice which nobody else has done. The Big 12 is as powerful as it has been in recent memory, Oklahoma State belongs in [the NCAA Tournament.]"

(Throwing this one in because I laughed very hard)
@BarstoolBigCat this guy likes Oklahoma State. Put the house on them against Kansas #CreanTea pic.twitter.com/rjqhOp6MBL
