Welcome to High Noon Highlights, a place to catch up in everything you missed over the weekend in Oklahoma State Athletics

Cowboy Golf Wins Seventh Straight:

Over the weekend, Cowboy Golf competed at the Aggie Invitational in College Station, Texas. They came back from third place to shoot 11-under 277 to tie a school record for seven tournament victories in a row. Viktor Hovland shot a 5-under 67 to lead his team to victory. They’ll go for the record this weekend as they head to the ASU/Thunderbird Invitational on Saturday.

Mike Boynton Goes to the Capitol to Support Oklahoma Educators:

Cowboy Tennis Narrowly Defeats Baylor 4-3:

The Greenwood Tennis Center came alive on Sunday as the men’s tennis team took down Baylor. Eleftherios Theodorou had the match-clinching point in a third set tiebreaker. This is the Cowboy’s sixth defeat of ranked opponent. Take a look at what coach had to said about the clutch performance.

“Lefty is really just a pleasant surprise,” Udwadia said. “I knew he had it in him, and today was his time to shine. And look what he did. He finished off playing great, not only by winning, but by playing great and playing fearless at the end. I’m so proud of him.”
