Oklahoma State’s season opener against Missouri State was not without some daram
Before the game even kicked off, Robert Allen of GoPokes.com reported that the Cowboys would be without three players; cornerbacks Lamarcus Morton and Tanner McCalister and receiver LC Greenwood.
Robert Allen reports on #OKState pregame radio broadcast redshirt freshman CB Lamarcus Morton and true freshman Tanner McCalister are both unavailable tonight. A.J. Green and Rodarius Williams expected to start.

So far there’s no word on the reasoning behind the three players missing the game.
It’s a disappointing development as all three were listed on the 2-deep. McCalister and Morton were listed as the two options behind Rodarius Williams, while Greenwood was the listed as the backup behind Tyron Johnson.
While the losses won’t necessarily hurt the Cowboys against the Bears, it is disappointing for the players not to finally get to see the field after earning their roles.
