Oklahoma State Makes Offer to 4-star 2020 Forward

The Cowboys have their eyes set on the targeted forward

With Mike Boynton’s 2019 Oklahoma State roster mostly wrapped up, the basketball head coach is focusing on 2020 and beyond. Boynton and his staff have been visiting multiple recruits and even making an offer to a 2021 point guard in the past few days.

Now, it looks like they’ve set their sights on another 2020 target; 4-star Myles Stute.

The Cowboys are the 10th school to offer the 6-5, 200-pound forward from Washington, D.C., joining schools like Penn State, Seton Hall, Rhode Island, and UMass.

247Sports has Myles rated as the 5th best player in D.C. and the 24th best small forward in the 2020 class. In Rivals’ recently released Top 150 for 2020, he was ranked No. 117 overall.

Stute is the sixth small forward Oklahoma State has offered. Oklahoma State could have as many as five scholarships available for the 2020 class with five juniors on the roster right now. While OSU has a large group of forwards already on the roster, adding Stute would be nice.

The best strengths I see from him are his perimeter shot, which has a nice stroke, and his ability to quickly get to the basket both on and off the ball. Take a look at some of his highlights below.
