After a statement 44-21 win against No.17 Boise State on Saturday afternoon, the Cowboys are on the rise in latest polls. The Pokes are No.15 in both the AP and Coaches polls. This is a 9 spot rise from being No.24 last week.

They replace TCU in the No.15 and TCU moves to No.17 in the AP Poll. OU keeps their No.5 spot after a win against UCLA. West Virginia moves up two spots in the AP despite their game against NC State getting canceled.

Alabama is still No.1 which comes as no surprise after a 62-7 win against Ole Miss. Georgia comes in at No.2, Clemson drops to No,3 and Ohio State remains No.4 in the AP. In the Coaches Poll, the Cowboys make a 4-spot jump after being No.19 last week. West Virginia is No.13, TCU is No,17 and OU is No.5. They have Clemson at No,2 and Georgia at No.3, but Alabama still comes in at No.1 and Ohio State is No.4.
