Teven Jenkins thanks hometown for Success:
O-lineman Teven Jenkins has had a lot of success during his Oklahoma State career , the Topeka, Kansas native has a lot of people to thank for getting looked at by colleges.
“well I have a lot of people to thank for that honestly, because a lot of people helped me get here, even when I was a little kid, I had extra people helping me out, my dad helping me out. I say, because under the radar offensive lineman really don’t get that much looked at as people who actually score and do the glory work, they get the most attention,” Jenkins said.
.@TopekahighFB grad Teven Jenkins (@TevenJenkins) is making a name for himself, he might be Oklahoma State's top O-lineman and was all Big 12 honorable mention this season. He's got a lot of people in Topeka and beyond to thank for his continued success.https://t.co/A9cpSab3QO

Todd Monken could be exactly who the Jets need:
The New York Jets have requested to interview former Oklahoma State offensive coordinator Todd Monken for their head coach vacancy, and he could be exactly who they’re looking for. He could help the Jets use Sam Darnold to his full potential.
Bucs quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick gave Monken a glowing review.
“I’m telling you: He’s got it,” veteran quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick told the Daily News Tuesday. “He’s got the ‘It factor’ as a head coach. He’s smart enough. He’s a big-time offensive coach. If that’s what they’re looking for, then it’ll be good for Sam.” {New York Daily News}

Interesting stat:
DYK that @CoachGundy is now 16th (tied) in NCAA history with 9 bowl wins as a head coach? Among active coaches he trails only Nick Saban, Mack Brown, Gary Patterson and Kyle Wittingham. #okstate @CowboyFB
