Cowboy Baseball ranked in another publications:

The Pokes are ranked in the top 25 of another poll as they were named No. 21 in the USA Today Coaches Poll. LSU came in at No. 1 and fellow Big 12 school Texas Tech was at No. 4. The Cowboys will start their season Feb. 15 against UT-Rio Grande Valley.

Saturday to be Remember the 10 game:

When OSU takes the court Saturday against South Carolina, they’ll honor team members of the Cowboys family that were lost in a plane crash in the Remember the 10 game.

The Southwest lobby of GIA, better known as the Memorial lobby, will be open during regular business hours on Friday and two hours prior tipoff on Saturday for anyone who would like to pay their respects or leave a memento. {Okstate.com}

Cowgirl Tennis player making the most of her transfer year:

The Stillwater Newspress wrote a fantastic article on Cowgirl Tennis transfer Lisa Marie Rioux. She talked about what drew her to OSU and what the differences in the programs is.

“The reason was pretty much about Chris,” Rioux said. “I really like how he thinks and how he treats players. I just decided I was going to follow him.”

“… Compared to my old school, my conditioning and training practice is harder here so I think it is a pretty good environment here and I love the girls so much so it is better.” {Stillwater Newspress}
