Lindy Waters talks Native American heritage:
For Lindy Waters, his heritage is something that’s he’s proud of. He sat down with the Big 12 conference to talk about what being Native American means to him. Coach Boyton also talked about how important it his to Waters and his family.
“Being Native American, a little connection can go a long way,” Waters said. “ They have somebody they can look up to. That’s a big responsibility on my end.”

Mike Boynton talks to his team after win;
Mike Boynton’s locker room speeches are always top notch. After his team got their first conference win of the season, you knew it was going to be good. Boynton delivered.
Hardhat on, Coach Boynton was hyped after the Cowboys’ win against Texas on Tuesday night. He told his team “We couldn’t have won this game without going through everything we’ve been through the past two and a half months.”

Following Tuesday’s win, Mike Boynton was interviewed by sideline reporter Allison Gappa. She asked Boynton what he was most proud of his team for.
