It’s high noon...

Cowgirl softball undefeated in fall ball:

Simunek started the game on the mound and was effective in her first start of the fall. She kept USAO off of the board for the first 3 innings, only giving up one hit, while striking out two.

“I came out pretty clean,” Simunek said. “I’ve had a concussion so I’ve just been going slow I guess this fall so I feel like I just came out and really attacked everybody.”

Neither side scraped across any runs until the fourth inning. {O’Colly}

Marcell Ateman signs with Raiders:

Ateman, a 6-foot-4, 215-pound wide receiver, re-joins the active roster after spending the first four weeks on the team’s practice squad and playing in the Raiders Week 5 matchup vs. Chicago in London. Originally selected by the Raiders in the seventh round of the 2018 NFL Draft, Ateman appeared in seven contests and made six starts as a rookie last year, compiling 15 receptions for 154 yards and one touchdown.{Raiders.com}
