It’s high (after)noon...

Blake Jarwin gets shoutout:

This morning on ESPN Get Up, Dan Orlovsky highlights the Cowboys use of Blake Jarwin. Not only does he contribute the Cowboys being able to have a run game, he’s not too shabby on the pass.

He was so under utilized at OSU and it’s a shame. We’re glad the Cowboys are using him to his full potential though.

Shane Illingworth film review:

Dustin Ragusa of Pistol Firing did an excellent job with this in depth look at Cowboy quarterback commit Shane Illingworth.

At Norco, Illingworth primarily lined up out of the shotgun. The main formations the Cougars utilized consisted of four wide receivers with one running back in the backfield with Illingworth, or three wide, a running back and a fullback/tight end lined up as an H-back or in the backfield.
