This series started off on Thursday with a 15-0 victory, led by another three home run game by Trevor Boone, and Jensen Elliott throwing a 1-hit, complete game shutout. It was 5-0 going into the 8th, and then the Cowboys poured in 10 runs in the inning to put the game completely out of reach.
Another great start on the mound for the Cowboys, this one by Parker Scott, and a big night at the plate by @carson_mccusker helped #okstate clinch a series win Friday at Allie P. Recap, stats, photos & more: https://t.co/MUPdMkIP2n #GoPokes pic.twitter.com/pPL0jEEARs

Parker Scott followed up Jensen Elliott’s dominant start on Thursday with one of his own. He spun seven shutout innings and punched out eight, both career highs for him. Carson McCusker hit a grand slam in the 6th to put the game out of reach, and the Cowboys took the series with a 10-2 win.
A walk-off hit for a series sweep makes for a fun Saturday afternoon and evening at Allie P. Recap, stats, photos & highlights from the win: https://t.co/f6hOLF9moi #GoPokes #okstate pic.twitter.com/qPF3BAwiTq

With the Cowboys going for the sweep on Saturday in front of the biggest crowd in Allie P. history, it was a back and forth affair. With Texas leading 5-3 in the 6th, the Cowboys put up a crooked number, scoring 6 in the inning. However, the Longhorns rallied to tie it and eventually take the lead 10-9 going into the last half for the Pokes. But, the Cowboys would not be denied. A wild pitch by Texas led to a tied game, then an Andrew Navigato RBI single gave the Cowboys the walk-off victory. With the win, the Cowboys are 10-5 in the conference, which puts them in first place in the Big 12!!

It’s hard to take much away from a spring game, so take from these videos what you will. That said, this play design on the screen to Landon Wolf has me so freaking excited for what Sean Gleeson is going to bring to the offense this season.

Also, Landon Wolf could break out this year...I would be all in on that.
