It’s high noon...
Cowgirl softball is ready for battle with OU:
The No.1 in the nation Oklahoma Sooners are the team standing between the Cowgirl softball team and the Big 12 title. Their prepared for what’s going to be a tough series. Coach Kenny Gajewski is preparing his team to go out their and play the best that they can against a team his seniors have never beaten.
“I’ve tried the chip on the shoulder deal, I’ve told them not to make this out to be more important than it is, but with this team, we’ve told them this is important and it is,” Gajewski told me this afternoon while the rain poured outside. “It does mean a lot and it does hurt when you lose and you don’t play well. What I’ve told them this week is that all I want them to recognize is that these are huge games and they are. I want them to know that everything they want this season is in front of them and it is not an ordinary week, it is bedlam, and it is for the league championship. I don’t want any stone left unturned. I want at the end of this week for them to say that they did everything they could, made all the preparation to play well. {24/7}

Cowboy football volunteers with Salvation Army:
It’s always awesome to see the OSU Athletic teams volunteering with a good cause and giving back to the community. The football team did their part yesterday helping out with the Salvation Army. They played and got active with a group of kids and it looks like they had a fantastic time. Check out the highlights from their day.
