Kristoffer Ventura earns PGA Tour card

With a win at the Pinnacle Bank Championship this weekend, former Cowboy golfer Kristoffer Ventura became the second Cowboy to earn his PGA Tour card. He joins former teammate Matthew Wolff in this honor. Congrats, Kristoffer!!

Colin Simpson is tearing up rookie ball

Colin Simpson has had a hot start to his professional career for the short-season Grand Junction Rockies. The Rockies’ 29th round pick is slashing .354/.442/.756/1.198 with 7 HR and 20 RBI. This is an impressive start, and is starting to grow out of a small sample size, if he can put up these types of numbers over 150-200 at bats this year, he’s priming himself for a solid year in 2020 in low-A Ashville.

Tom Hutton is good #ForTheBrand

When your punts get so much hangtime that you can’t punt in the indoor facility, you might as well kick line drives as if you’re a QB. This is pretty impressive for the new Oklahoma State punter. As Pat McAfee might say, it’s good #ForTheBrand.

^ me thinking about all the impressive punts we’re going to see from Hutton this year.
