It’s High Noon...
JamesOn Curry’s second chance
I’m so excited for you all to read this story. I pitched this to @royceyoung five years ago, and to see it finally come to fruition is incredible. And it was worth the wait, because the story got even better in the years since: https://t.co/kSwrZyAP37

This is a fantastic read if you have the chance, I’m glad to see him doing well right now. JamesOn Curry was one of my favorite players when he played at Oklahoma State. He’s making a difference in the community right now through basketball, and I hope he continues to have the impact he has had. Normally I’d put little excerpts of the article in here to give y’all are a preview, but just go read the whole thing, trust me.
Cowboy football puts on a talent show
He hasn't played a down for #OKState yet, but @IsraelAntwine is already a star. You'll find out why when you read this from @Frank_Bonner2: https://t.co/h2naYkq0wz

Running back LD Brown said defensive tackle Israel Antwine is usually a quiet person. The talent show broke him out of his shell. He got several teammates and coaches laughing during his Obama impersonation that won him the competition with a perfect 30 out of 30 score from the three judges.
Some of the acts didn’t go as planned. Cornerback A.J. Green and linebacker Amen Ogbongbemiga attempted what LD Brown described as a “horrible magic show.” He said the final act ended in Green and Ogbongbemiga doing a card trick that resulted in them pulling out the wrong card.
This is pretty fun. People may look at this and say “WHY AREN’T THEY PRACTICING??!!” Look, fall camp is a grind, and it is game week so tensions are high. This is exactly what the guys need leading up to the game on Friday.
Tank continues to rake
T1 | HOW ABOUT THAT FOR A START?! Colin Simpson blast a grand slam to right that gives us an early 4-0 lead!
— GrandJunctionRockies (@GJRockies) August 28, 2019
Yeah, this is getting impressive. Colin Simpson continues to tear up the Pioneer League. His grand slam last night gave him 16 homers on the season, second in the league. He’s also slashing .324/.385/.698, good for a 1.038 OPS, which leads the Pioneer League. I really don’t know how sustainable this production will be as he moves up, but it’s awesome to see right now.
