HNH 9/23 – John Smith not named to USA Olympic Hall of Fame
It’s High Noon…
John Smith not named to USA Olympic Hall of Fame
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! https://t.co/x9RDi3Ucd1

I mean, this is just ridiculous. Two-time gold medalist, Team USA coach, arguably the greatest American wrestler of all time, and he doesn’t get in the Olympic Hall of Fame. Do better, folks.
Mike Gundy rips reporter for ridiculous question during Big 12 Coaches teleconference
WOW! MUST listen to @CoachGundy destroy @MarkRosner3 on today's #Big12 Teleconference. Holy crap. Dead. ☠️ pic.twitter.com/rzNZn9OwN9

Mike Gundy was asked about the satirical article written that the late T. Boone Pickens gave him a gift card for a haircut to get rid of the mullet as part of Pickens’ will. Needless, to say, Coach Gundy was NOT having any part of it. The clip has the question (asked by a reporter from Austin), and Gundy’s slightly NSFW response.
I’ll be honest, I love this. We normally see Gundy a little more on edge after a loss, which is understandable, but more than that, he just wants to talk football. He doesn’t have time for BS from the media. That was the most fired up I’ve heard him in a long time, and I’m glad to see that fire a little, to be honest.
Mason Rudolph has pretty solid first career start
After losing his first start of his career, #Steelers still have faith in Mason Rudolph https://t.co/3YVV7UYas0

In a game in which the Steelers fell just short against the San Francisco 49ers, the Steelers have a lot of faith in their new QB1. It’s cool to see his teammates be all in on Mason Rudolph, it shows the presence he has in that locker room after sitting out all of last season. I think the Steelers could surprise some people, and Mason is going to show he belongs in the league.
Kickoff set for Oklahoma State-Texas Tech:

The Cowboys get their first morning kickoff the season, and it’ll be in Lubbock next week. This changes my perception of the game a little bit, in a positive way. Night games in Lubbock make me nervous, but Mike Gundy likes playing these early games, the Cowboys are going to be ready to go.
