Moore was a four-star recruit out of Tulsa Union before redshirting his freshman year. In 2019, he had four catches for 81 yards in five games, which was highlighted by a 59-yard reception against FCS McNeese State. In 2018, he suited up for the Liberty Bowl against Missouri.
Moore is fourth OSU wide receiver to enter his name into the transfer portal, joining Tyrell Alexander, L.C. Greenwood and Patrick McKaufman. With Moore’s departure, OSU has six wide receivers returning for 2020 including 2018 Biletnikoff finalist Tylan Wallace.
