Oklahoma State is off this weekend but the CRFF staff is not! We made our picks for the Red River Rivalry game and other games around the Big 12. We also made some picks from the top games around the nation. Check out who we picked!
Texas @ Oklahoma
Micah is the only CRFF staff member who thinks Oklahoma has what it takes to beat Texas this afternoon. That’s funny because she is also the only staff member to pick Iowa State to beat OU last weekend! Is this good news for OU fans?

Only1⃣industry expert predicted the @CycloneFB 37-30 upset over @OU_Football, who was a 7 point favorite.

Both teams desperately need a win today. Both teams are coming off bad losses. If Oklahoma losses, the Sooners drop to 0-3 in conference play. If Texas losses, the Longhorns drop to 1-2 in conference play. Neither team has looked great through two conference games. It’s fairly safe to say each team has a season on the line this afternoon.
Texas Tech @ Iowa State
Iowa State has momentum! The Cyclones are 2-0 in Big 12 play after the horrid non-conference loss to Louisiana at home to open the season. Iowa State has pulled out two close conference wins and is building confidence. The Cyclones should be able to build on that foundation even more today with a big win over Texas Tech at home. Our entire staff has Iowa State over Texas Tech this afternoon.
Kansas State @ TCU
Both Kansas State and TCU are coming off of conference wins last week. TCU forced a turnover on the goal-line late in the game to get a quality road win at Texas. Kansas State held on at home against a shaky Texas Tech team. Our staff likes TCU in this one and I think it could be a big win for TCU over Kansas State.
Games Around the Nation
There are only three Big 12 games this afternoon but there are plenty of good college football games on throughout the day. The game of the day might be No. 1 Clemson’s showdown with No. 7 Miami. That game is on ABC at 6:30 tonight. No.3 Georgia hosts No. 14 Tennessee this afternoon. No. 21 Texas A&M hosts No. 4 Florida in an early kickoff. Here’s who our staff picked in the top games from around the nation this weekend.
Even though Oklahoma State is off this weekend, there are still plenty of good games on! Enjoy another football weekend before Oklahoma State returns to play next weekend against Baylor!
