It’s high noon...

Trent Pullen enters transfer portal:

Yesterday, Cody Nagel with Oklahoma State 24/7 reported that offensive lineman Trent Pullen has entered the transfer portal. The freshman did not play this past season. With the extra year of eligibility given to players as a result of the pandemic, expect more and more players to look at all of their options.

Pullen was the second-highest rated enrollee in the 2020 recruiting class for Oklahoma State. The industry-generated Composite considered Pullen to be the No. 30 offensive guard and No. 553 overall prospect in the class. The 6-foot-2, 271-pound lineman held additional offers from Arkansas, Baylor, Boston College, Colorado, Kansas State, LSU, Purdue and Texas A&M among others. (24/7)

Williams opts out for 2021 draft:

Cornerback Rodarious Williams announced yesterday he will not play in the bowl game in order to prepare for the NFL. Williams placed himself amongst one of the better corners in the country this season and will surely be a steal for whoever picks him up.

Oklahoma State basketball 10th seed in ESPN Bracketology:

ESPN Bracketologist Joe Lunardi has placed Oklahoma State in his latest bracketology. The Cowboys are in region 2 and would play UCLA as a 7 seed in the first round. With the uncertainty this season brings, Lunardi lays out how all of this would work.

In addition to the standard 68-team NCAA projections, Bracketology now includes 48-team and 16-team versions. The truth is there is no way to know at this point what Selection Sunday will bring, so all bases must be covered by these rules. {ESPN}
