Oklahoma State No.4 in Big 12 Baseball Preseason Poll:
This afternoon, the Big 12 released their preseason poll for the upcoming baseball season. In the top position was Texas Tech. The Red Raiders have gotten quite a bit of preseason hype, looking like a team that might be poised to go to Omaha again.
The Cowboys finished the 2020 season with a 13-5 record; with the season cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there was no conference play in the Big 12 a year ago. In its seven previous seasons under head coach Josh Holliday, OSU won its first-ever Big 12 regular season championship in 2014 and finished second in the league race on four occasions. {okstate.com}
