It’s Oklahoma State Baseball’s home opener. The much-anticipated opening of O’Brate Stadium is upon us. This morning, Oklahoma State Baseball released the list of player walk-up songs ahead of this afternoon game against Arkansas Little Rock.

Now the highlights...
Outfielder Carson McCusker brought kept with a classic choosing “Your Love” by The Outfield. Nice play on words there, also just a great song. Another great rock choice came from Pitcher Colton Bowman with “Shipping Up to Boston” by the Drop Kick Murphys. The beginning of that song is fire. Other rock hits include Thunderstruck by AC/DC coming from Brett Standlee.
We have some Reggaeton flair with “Gasolina” by Daddy Yankee coming from Paco Hernandez. Imma be dancing in the standing-room-only section when that comes on. Then an underrated fantastic choice, Paper Planes by MIA coming from Cade Cabbiness.
This year had a lot of great rap on it. Which I for one am here for. “Goosebumps” by Travis Scott is a killer song in my opinion. However, Pitcher Jacob Bookout chose the remix which I don’t this is as good so he deducted some points for that. My favorite for the rap category was “Drip Too Hard” by Lil Baby chosen by pitcher Ryan Bogusz. That song has some bop in it.
There were also fun throwbacks like “FunkyTown” chosen by John Kelly. That song will sure get the stadium in a good mood.
