The younger Presley accounted for more than 2,400 yards and 35 touchdowns as a junior last season, splitting time at running back and wide receiver. Presley chose Oklahoma State over Kansas, Missouri, Memphis, Nebraska, Texas Tech, West Virginia and Vanderbilt — who comprised the rest of his top eight schools.
Presley fits the do-it-all offensive “Swiss Army Knife” mold, splitting time between running back and receiver at Bixby. It is unknown the role he will play at OSU, but it could be similar to the one he is in now. OSU has two running back commits in this class — Brown and Gordon — and one commitment at wide receiver in Pawhuska’s Mason Gilkey.
Presley grades out as a three-star recruit on 247sports, ranked No. 430 in the nation and the seventh-best recruit in Oklahoma. The commitment from the Bixby star moves Oklahoma State’s class of 2022 up from No. 19 to thirteenth nationally, right behind Alabama. Presley is the ninth commitment for the Cowboys and he ranks as the third-highest, just ahead of quarterback Garret Rangel and behind running backs CJ Brown and Ollie Gordon.
