The Cowboys return all five starters as well as add members of a top-25 recruiting class for 2019-20. Seniors Cam McGriff, Lindy Waters and Thomas Dziagwa will look to be leaders for this team. They also bring back Yor Anei, who was named an honorable mention on the preseason All-Big 12 team. Issac Likekele returns after a freshman year where he scored 279 points in 32 games and had a strong summer with the USA U19 Team.
This is the highest preseason ranking for the Cowboys since the 2013-14 season.
For the ninth-straight season, the Jayhawks come in at No.1.
