Oklahoma State is going back in black Saturday when they tip off at noon against No. 24 Texas Tech at Gallagher-Iba Arena in Stillwater.
The Cowboys will wear black retro uniforms as they celebrate the 25-year anniversary of the 1995 team that made it to the Final Four in Seattle. In 1995, OSU defeated Drexel, Alabama, Wake Forest and UMass before falling 74-61 to UCLA in the national semifinals.
The uniforms have white lettering with orange trim and the jersey number(s) in the middle of “Oklahoma State” on the chest. The shorts feature a block “O” with “STATE” arched on top of it. The jersey and shorts both have a white-orange-black-orange-white piping.
The first 1,995 fans in attendance will also receive a commemorative orange T-shirt that has No. 95 in the middle of the words “Oklahoma State” in black text with a white trimmed outlined.
They're here! The first 1⃣,9⃣9⃣5⃣ fans tomorrow can get their hands on these shirts in the GIA East lobby once doors open at 11 a.m.
