Oklahoma State entered the SB Nation FanPulse top 25 poll for the first time this season in confusing fashion — after its 45-35 loss to Texas Tech.
Last week, the Cowboys (4-2, 1-2 Big 12) received votes for the first time following their win over previously undefeated Kansas State.
Alabama and Clemson stay ranked Nos. 1 and 2, respectively, while Ohio State leaped Georgia for the No. 3 spot. LSU and Oklahoma are Nos. 5 and 6, respectively, for a second straight week. Auburn’s loss at Florida dropped the Tigers five spots to No. 12. Wisconsin took the No. 7 spot, followed by Florida, Notre Dame and Penn State.
Texas is also ranked at No. 11, up one spot from last week.
