Oklahoma State finalized their non-conference football schedules for 2021, 2022, and 2023 on Friday with the additions of three home games against FCS opponents, according to FBSchedules.com, who received copies of the contracts from OSU. The Cowboys will face Missouri State, Arkansas-Pine Bluff and Central Arkansas.
OSU will open the 2021 season against Missouri State on Sept. 4 in Stillwater, in a game that was originally scheduled for September 2022. That game was moved because of some scheduling changes involving Arkansas and Rice. OSU was set to open the 2021 season against Rice, but that game was canceled.
The Cowboys are 8-0 in the series against MSU, winning their last meeting 58-17 in 2018.
OSU will close out its 2022 non-conference slate with the Golden Lions of UAPB on Sept. 17. It will be the first contest between the two teams in football.
The Cowboys will open the 2023 season against Central Arkansas on Sept. 2. OSU won the only previous meeting between the two schools, a 32-8 victory in 2015.
